Man is arrested on suspicion of Beeston murder

A man has been arrested in Leeds on suspicion of murder, after a man was stabbed in Beeston.

Keith Harrower was attacked on Dewsbury Road outside the Premier supermarket, at 17:30 on Thursday.

He was taken to hospital and was pronounced dead.

Police have confirmed that a 33-year-old male has been held in custody since yesterday.

One man, 36, who was arrested on suspicion of a linked offence of robbery has been released on bail. Another man, 35, was released without charge.
