The Leeds City Region Enterprise Partnership (LEP) have appointed five new people from the public and private sectors to join its board.
The LEP works across the Leeds City Region (LCR) to stimulate and unlock Leeds’ economic potential.
Roger Marsh, chair of the LEP, said: “The new members of the Board bring a wealth of experience to the LEP, with diverse backgrounds and perspectives that will be invaluable in supporting our work across Leeds City Region.
“The role of the LEP in ensuring inclusive economic prosperity has never been so important, as we work to unlock the potential of the City Region.”
There are a total of 18 members on the board with an equal number of men and women.
The new members were approved at a meeting on 25 February during which two members also stood down.
