Grassroots football clubs close due to lockdown

Grassroots football clubs up and down the UK have had to temporarily close their doors due to the lockdown, to the disappointment of many players.

Many of the clubs feel they should remain open due to them being an outside sport, despite non-essential businesses, shops and other venues having to close.

I spoke to Valley FC in Scarborough about what their club means to the players, and why they think they should remain open.
