The U.K has descended into its second national lockdown, and those living alone are struggling.

Across the U.K, there are 8.2 million people that live alone. According to MHFA UK, 1 in 6 British workers suffer from anxiety, depression or stress related problems at any one time.

Occupational therapist, Sally, gives her advice to those who are struggling with the new lockdown rules.

Young business professionals Ella and Georgia enlighten us on what it is like to go through isolation alone.
