More than 6000 reported outages and internet issues with Virgin Media across London in the last 15 days

Trisha Reid who lives in North-West London has had her internet go down for several hours at a time on four separate occasions in the past week.

But why is it that some people have no issues at all while others struggle to get faster download speeds?

    I have been facing problem with internet for the past few months but the problem hasn’t been solved yet.very poor service
    I’m very disappointed
